2014: I Want to Forget

2014 did, of course, have its downs as well as its ups.  Here are some things that I would rather not think of when I think of 2014 - not that it's bad to remember the sorrowful things in life, because we can certainly learn from them, but just putting things aside, or the bad emotions and thoughts that went along with them, as I look toward brighter things in life.

I Want to Forget...

...Irene (one of my managers) collapsing and passing away from a heart attack at work

...Gracie's (my pen pal) goodbye

...my uncle Kurt being in the hospital for a while

...how my future plans got changed so drastically and the fear, uncertainty, and anxiety that went along with the good stuff

...the annoyance of the restlessness I got

...that one problem that we had in Guatemala

...some of the rediculous things customers said/did (although, some of them are good for some laughs...)

...our terrible student teacher experience in German (he was over 50 and got pulled before he finished his time in our class)

...any other sinful thoughts, actions, facial expressions, etc. that I had/did in 2014 and may God forgive and grow me from them and all the other things listed here.  Amen.
